Seshan Ramachandran brings with him about 25+ years of diversified and global IT experience across Healthcare & Life Sciences, technology product companies, services industry and has extensive experience in various global delivery models, establishing and running large global units, incubating Centers of excellence and capabilities from ground up, and delivering mission critical transformative solutions. Seshan has a Master’s degree in Computer Science and is a lean sigma master black belt; he has a passion to coach by inspiring and influencing and has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills by building high performance teams. In his previous role, Seshan was instrumental in building a large pharma and med devices business unit for Cognizant.
Chief Financial Officer
Sriram has over 26 years of industry experience, and 16 of those years were spent at a senior management level. He is diversified in several key financial and non-finance areas. Sriram handles many key contributions with efficient financial plans and cost management enabled organization. He has worked with Motorola, Larsen and Toubro, and Cap Gemini in key performance metrics, contract negotiations, and monthly metrics before joining Tech Mahindra. Prior to joining HCI, Sriram served as the CFO for Mahindra Comviva for over seven years. Sriram held a business presence in over 90+ countries with local/outcome based billing in to 2,000 associates in 30+ countries.
